Heading to work and I want to stop by a few stores before my shift in just over an hour, so I better step on it!  Just a quick outfit post.  Again I must appologize on the quality of these photos I am working on it guys! :)

 Detail shot.  (Well I tried!)  The top is from Costa Blanca, the pants from Winners!  I would really like a thin pink belt to match my pink bag I am taking with me.

I have had these white tights for a long while and haven't worn them, but I can think of a million things to do with them.  Black tights are more of a winter look and since I wear a lot of dark colours the white can really help my wardrobe be ready for spring, along with bright accessories.
I'm ready to head out the door to work but thinking of picking up a bag to brighten up my outfit.

In case I haven't made it clear, I am absolutely in love with purses.  They are the best accessory; they sit perfectly visible on your arm while carrying everything you need -- and they come in lots of different sizes and styles for the ultimate in versatility.  Since a lot of my pictures are blurry because I haven't bought my new camera yet (SOON!) I thought I'd shoot a few of my favourite purses.  Enjoy!  If I don't say where it's from, then it's probably from a random boutique; I always find the cutest and most unique bags in privately owned stores.

I also have two vintage Chanel bags but they definitely deserve a post of their own!

I am NOT a fan of Louis Vuitton bags, especially fake ones which are everywhere!  The original pattern looks juvenile and if you are going to buy one make sure that it stands out and that it is real!  They can look really tacky.

Newest purchases in pink and violet.  The first one I tied a DIY scarf; the print reminds me of my beloved Emilio Pucci.

 Steve Madden in nude and cream.  Bought from Winners for around 50$ each.

Just a few of my many Guess bags.  I used to be really into buying them but it's been probably since high school since I picked one up.

A few of my coach wristlets.  These are really handy and the style has caught on in stores everywhere!  Perfect for the bar.

This is a small shoulder bag from BCBG.  I haven't worn it yet and I'm trying to decide whether the tassles should stay or go.

 This Prada bag is old but it's holding out really well!  It goes with almost anything and is definitely one of my favourite smaller bags.

A couple of vintage evening bags, one is a diamond and satin clutch the other one is a two five-five style mini purse with side strap.

A couple more clutches, picked up who-knows-where.

 Same caption as above!  The bottom is almost alligator print and very shiny.

Gucci shoulder bag, clutch and fanny pack.  (I used to use the fanny pack for cocktailing at work.)

Top left I got at Style Sense, bottom right from ASOS.  Top one was less than 10$ and the bottom was around 20$.

Ralph Lauren totes.  I got them in grade 8 and they are definitely lasting strong!

Now what would a purse post be without a picture of some killer bags I would (almost) sell my car for.  And believe me, I would have to!

Three purses I am lusting for:  Hermès, Balenciaga, Dior.  Can't forget the Chanel two five-five but I've definitely posted it enough times and I am sure you all know what it looks like!  Marc Jacob bags are hit and miss but there are definitely gorgeous bags floating around by him.

Outfit - Boring work days

I bartend all weekend which is pretty exciting but sometimes I pick up day shifts which basically means I stand around and serve the occasional customer and watch the band set up for the evening etc.
I got kind of bored and took a few pictures!

 This is me in the bathroom, where I hide out occasionally to avoid conversations with annoying customers.  Taken during my daytime shift on Friday :)

These last two are taken behind the bar.  The flash makes me look like a ghost!  I am definitely pale, but avoiding the sun over the years has made my skin look pretty healthy.  I see girls who fake and baked all through high school and their skin looks like orange leather and they definitely have premature wrinkles!

My bottles!  What drinks are your favourites?  I love making Killer Koolaids they taste like a Jolly Rancher!  Amaretto, melon liqueur, and cranberry juice!

Maybe I should have been Windexing the mirror instead of taking pictures!  I see splotches everywhere ;)

Rugby games are where I first learned my appreciation for knee socks.  I took a look at my hideous black and red rugby uniform I wore in grade nine and remember thinking to myself that at least the socks could be fashion.

I went to a game today at my old high school.  I have not been there in five years, and not one thing has changed.  We are still creaming the rival catholic high school and our girls still play hard.

Here are a few shots from the game!

New bag!!  I got a different one in a lilac, this one is a light pink.  I am not supposed to be shopping because I have to make car payments but they were at a unique designer boutique in a small town for around 40$ each and I fell in love!  They are nice bright colours for spring.

The rugby game.  The girl in the teal sweater has her hands over her head because she knows she's going to lose to my team in the black and the red.  The score at this point is 22-0.

He used to play football for the same team my high school is destroying at rugby!  Na na na na na na.

His sunglasses are RayBan, mine are Ralph Lauren.  

Knee socks galore... our awesome kicker about to widen the gap between their 0 and our grand total of 34 or so points by the end of the game :)

Outfit - Beauty blog

Since I have a NEW PHONE I thought I could take a few pictures of the beauty items I use every day; they turn out in pretty good quality.
I am getting ready to go to the bar for the day so I am just putting on mascara, eyeliner and some eyeshadow, maybe a little blush!  Concealer where I need it ;) and I'm good to do!  Enjoy a few getting ready pictures as well as a few shots of the items I adore.  Enjoy your weekend and HAPPY FRIDAY!

Every day essentials!  Not going to lie, I am addicted to Vaseline.  Mac Studio Fix is a nice loose pressed powder, smooth and light.  PURE, MAC or NARS Laguna bronzers are my favourite!  For my eyes (which I am focusing on today) I use Lise Watier mascara.  It has a nice balance between smudge proof and water proof without being too much of either.  The Lise Watier eyeliner comes in a bazillion colours, I go with a dark brown since I am so fair, and it is water and smudge proof as well!  Hot Couture perfume smells delicious!  I got mine cheap on a cruise a few years ago and it's almost empty; I don't want to spend 100$ on a new one.  :(  Smashbox Photo Finish light is PERFECT to set your foundation or coverup!

Sephora Blockbuster kit.  A billion different colours for your eyes.  Absolutely amazing quality eye shadows and they seem to last forever!

In my shower!  Biosilk also makes an amazing anti frizz product to smooth away flyaways.  Pantene Pro-V straightens my hair the best!  The glove has Epson salt which is amazing when you want to relax in the bath.  K Pax by Joico is always a solid choice for smooth, sleek results!

Pink Chi, Regis hair flattening spray, Vichy 3 in 1 make up remover, toner and cleanser (I use this religiously).

After one coat of mascara.  My eyelashes are very fair so I really only use something to change the colour to a darker brown!  I put some gray and lilac on my eyelids as well.  I only line the top and bottom lightly with eyeliner for day, sometimes not at all.  You can really work in the corners of your eyes to shape them how you want or create an edgier look for night.

Ready for work!!!!!  Need some accessories and I'm good to go.

A close up of my first tattoo I got when I was 18.  It is a VERONICA flower, my nanna used to grow them in her back yard.  I am getting it touched up in a couple weeks as well as getting another tattoo!  Stay tuned for pictures of the drawing and then of course the final product.
